Maca is a plant that grows in central Peru in the high plateaus of the Andes Mountains. It has been cultivated as a vegetable crop in this area for at least 3000 years, and used in traditional medicine for at least 2000 years.

The root contains a substances known as macamides and macaenes, which give the plant its medicinal properties.

MACA is most commonly used as an aphrodisiac and general health tonic. Its known to lift libido, raise energy levels, normalise hormone balance, improve fertility and lighten mood.

Thanks to modern science, we can now extract the macamides and
macaenes from the maca root, and provide a daily dose in the form of
an easy to take capsule
How do i take it?

The usual dose is 2 pills per day alongside food. or as directed by
a doctor.

What do the capsules contain?

500mg of Maca extract (10x Strength). It takes 10kg of dried Maca root to make 1kg of our concentrate.

Are there any drug interactions?

There is no known drug interactions when taking Maca, however if you are taking any supplements or drugs check with your doctor first.

What are the side effects?

Although science has turned up no real side effects from Maca, there has been some reports of heart burn, insomnia, and stomach cramps.

If you do have any side effects stop taking and consult your doctor.
